Sasta Inverter ("we", "our", "us") is a Pakistan-focused solar marketplace currently in early-stage development. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can reach us with privacy questions.
What we collect
When you submit our early access / contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the role you select (buyer, installer, seller, brand, partner), and any message you include. We also receive standard technical metadata such as a truncated hash of your IP address and a shortened version of your user agent string for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this data to:
- Contact you about Sasta Inverter early access, partnerships, or installer onboarding
- Respond to your enquiries and follow up as the marketplace develops
- Detect and prevent abuse, spam, and duplicate submissions
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We do not share your details with advertisers.
- We do not load third-party tracking scripts that follow you across the web.
Where the data lives
Form submissions are stored in a controlled backend service backed by SurrealDB. Access is restricted to authorised team members and protected by authentication and per-table permission rules. We do not expose this data publicly from this website.
How long we keep it
Early access records are retained until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purposes described above. Operational records (for example, security logs) are retained only as long as required for their stated purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing admin@sastainverter.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently set marketing cookies or run third-party analytics. We may set a single preference cookie in the future to remember your theme (light or dark); this is a local-storage value and never leaves your browser.
Early-stage notice
Sasta Inverter is an early-stage platform. We will update this policy as the marketplace, installer network, and forum come online. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
